1. About Katsura Garden
Katsura Garden is a plant retail store located at 1825 Post St #110, San Francisco, CA 94115, United States. We specialize in indoor and outdoor plants, including live houseplants, tropical plants, orchids, and planters. We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only.
2. Products and Availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes only. As living organisms, plants naturally vary in size, leaf count, color, and overall appearance from the images shown on our website.
We make every effort to display product information, including descriptions, sizes, prices, and availability, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website is error-free, complete, or current. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel orders and notify you of the correction.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). The total amount displayed at checkout includes the product price, applicable taxes, and free standard shipping. There are no hidden fees.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, payment authorization failures, suspected fraud, or invalid billing and shipping information. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Orders and Modifications
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and that the information submitted is accurate and complete.
You may request to modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. After 2 hours, your order may enter our fulfillment process and changes may not be possible. 5. Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to peak seasons, carrier delays, or weather conditions.
Live Plant Shipping: Live plants are secured in custom protective packaging with root-zone insulation. During extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipping by 1 to 2 business days to protect plant health. If your order includes both a plant and a planter, they may ship separately.

6. Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All products, including live plants, are eligible for return. Items must be in substantially the same condition as received.
>Live Plant Returns: Live plants may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Natural variations in leaf count, color, or growth pattern are normal and do not affect return eligibility. For live plant damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs for priority resolution.

7. Live Plant Disclaimer
Plants are living organisms. While we take great care to ship healthy, well-established plants, the following should be understood before purchasing:
- Slight differences between product photos and the plant you receive are expected and normal.
- Plants may experience temporary stress during shipping, including drooping, minor leaf loss, or soil displacement. These are normal responses to transit and typically resolve within 1 to 2 weeks with proper care.
- We recommend opening your package within 24 hours of delivery and providing water to your plant promptly.
- We are not responsible for plant damage caused by failure to unpack and water within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design, is the property of Katsura Garden or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
9. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

11. Limitation of Liability
